THE KING INSIDE
Identifying your pain, and reclaiming your power. Coming into manhood ain't no easy feat. The roles and expectations of men seems to be ever-changing. But, who is that you want to be, and what is it going to take for you to get there. Let's Paint it Out.

THE SOUL PLAN
Do You Have a Vision of the Life you want to live? Or does the thought of planning and knowing what you want - stress you OUt? This session gently guides you to explore your thoughts, without judgement and give you profound insights to the next step that's best for you, decided by you.

STRONG HEART
Through the use of creativity and personal reflections, participants experience the“medicine” and process to detox from, and break the cycles of painful, generational patterns, harmful relationships; guiding the participant through a journey to recover one's sacredness, and develop emotionally healthy love relationships.
